Lee Mingwei’s Peaceable Kingdom

Now comprising 42 wide-ranging artworks, Lee’s installation in Worcester features for the first time the original Hicks painting from WAM’s collection that inspired the project. The Museum’s presentation also includes three new paintings by Worcester-based artists Susan Hong-Sammons, Kat O’Connor, and Emmanuel Manu Opoku.

Kat’s painting What Else? will be on view in the juried exhibition The Measure of Light at Copley Society from March 12-April 11, 2026. The exhibition was juried by Michelle May and Payal Thiffault of Juniper Rag.
